He chose life because he did
not consider the alternative
viable,
poor man.
He quivered
with the thought of the after –
overwhelmed – life,
a cosmic conviction
that on such scale
(weighing on him still) he is
insignificant but
remains a light in the void.

I wonder if it’s the sheer scale of the void that is the most scary… but in the end the best is to make do what you have which is life I think

Yeah that’s pretty much all we can do

There IS a weight to feeling like a tiny light in a vast void. I feel this, deeply. But still believe we should all shine on.

Indeed – remain hopeful in whatever is out there

How we cling to the pathetic fallacy of the stars as the antidote to death, waiting to embrace a new light.

We never know how many people we positively impact with our tiny light. I think it is probably more than we ever realize.

Oh yes, a cosmic quiver! None of us knows what is really out there, but the light in the void keeps us wondering.

I was in the mood for some cosmic consciousness; thanks. Shine on, sir, our inner light is part of the universal mainstream, and it will be felt and missed if we withhold it.

we are each but a small light….and even in a void or what we perceive as a void, we can exist and shine the best we can.

Enough of those insignificant lights can warm the world. Beautiful existential quadrille, Phillip.

So much hope in the end. Love this: remains a light in the void.

Have to remain hopeful otherwise it truly is overwhelming
